Muskaan has been a beacon of hope and empowerment for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) for over four decades. Today, we support 210 individuals through vocational training, employment, family support, and assisted living, enabling them to lead independent, dignified lives.
To ensure continued and expanded support, we are building a ₹50 Crore corpus fund over the next 3-5 years. The interest from this fund will sustain our essential programs—helping individuals with IDD gain meaningful employment, learn new skills, or access assisted living as they age. Currently, 17 students aged 45+ rely on our assisted living program, and with the growing need, we aim to impact at least 500 more lives in the next 10 years.

Employment opportunities are also expanding, with businesses recognizing the skills and the unique sense of purpose individuals with IDD bring to the workplace. Your generous contribution directly transforms lives—helping someone secure a job, gain confidence, and find their place in society.
